Our cancellation policy is 24 hour notice. Please let you tutor and [email protected] know 24 hours ahead of time if you can not attend your lesson. You will receive lessons reminder emails 36 hours before the lesson. If you need to cancel, please provide us with 24 hour notice or the board will still be charged for the lesson. If students miss more than 3 lessons without proper notice the program will not be provided for them anymore.
